Widely revered for his mastery of balayage, Jeffrey specializes in both comb and brushed application techniques, creating beautifully blended, natural-looking results. His commitment to continuous education has taken him across the globe, constantly honing his craft and staying ahead of trends.

Outside the salon, Jeffrey is an avid horse enthusiast. He devotes much of his free time to the showing of American Saddlebreds, a passion that reflects his dedication, discipline, and eye for elegance.
